At Syed Legacy, we take pride in crafting premium leather products with exceptional quality and care. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

7-Day Return Policy

We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

Be unused and unworn.
Be in its original condition.
Include all original packaging, tags, and accessories.
Be accompanied by proof of purchase or your order number.

Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

Personalized or custom-made products.
Gift cards.
Products damaged due to misuse, accidents, or improper care.
Items showing signs of wear, scratches, or alterations.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging. We will review your request and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if the wrong product was shipped. If you need an exchange, please contact our support team.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to a change of mind or customer preference, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
If the return is due to our mistake or a defective product, Syed Legacy will cover the return shipping costs.
