At Syed Legacy, we are committed to delivering premium leather products safely and on time. Please review our shipping policy before placing your order.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
During peak seasons or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer.

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on your location:

Canada: 3–7 business days
United States: 5–10 business days
United Kingdom: 5–10 business days
Saudi Arabia: 5–10 business days
Pakistan: 3–7 business days
International Orders: 7–15 business days

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and selected shipping method.

Free standard shipping is available on orders over CAD $100.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment's progress.

Customs and Import Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. Syed Legacy is not responsible for delays or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is lost during transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
